A teacher, present at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, spoke about the emigration of young people, linking their departure to the lack of dignity, equality and opportunities in Albania. "Why are young people leaving today? It's a matter of dignity. With equality we could build the future here. Young people are not leaving for a higher salary, but for more opportunities," he said.

According to the teacher, it is time for citizens to leave behind divisions and unite to demand change. "It is time for us all to come together, to leave behind divisions. We should not look for the causes of this situation in external factors. Let us sit down and have our own discussions to overthrow this political class," he declared.

The teacher then addressed Albanians in the diaspora, calling on them to support the protest and join the citizens' cause.

"I have a call for our diaspora: support us, join us. I would like everyone to join us. We want to make a grand call to you: come on, let's all come together, let's end the transition," he said.

In the end, his appeal was to his colleagues in education and intellectuals, whom he asked not to remain merely in the role of spectator.

"I want to make a call to my colleagues, teachers, educators, pedagogues, intellectuals. Not only talk, but you must act. This battlefield needs your presence. Don't remain spectators. Unite," the teacher said.
