The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, MP Flamur Noka, has called on the police not to arrest or escort protesters, but to allow citizens to protest.

Noka also said that this shows the panic of the government and the narcopolice that implements the orders of the drug cartels.

Flamur Noka: I call on the drug police, return to the law and do not turn into servants of the cartels like your leader and the government. Do not take orders to protect the drug cartels. Any service to the narco-state is service against the state. Let it be clear, they should not dare to touch any citizen. They feel robbed, blackmailed and affected by the narco-regime. A citizen protest does not need escorts and arrests. These show panic.
