The powerful fire that engulfed the 12-story building on Dibra Street, near the area known as "Pharmacy 10", is suspected to have been caused by the negligence of several minors.

According to sources, the investigation team has managed security camera footage from several nearby businesses. The video shows 5 minor children standing for several minutes in the back of a supermarket.

Then, two of them leave holding an unclear object, suspected to be a piece of paper. The minors throw it on some cardboard boxes placed outside the market and leave the scene. Just a few minutes later, smoke appears in the same place, which quickly turns into flames, spreading rapidly to the facade of the building and causing significant damage.

Following the investigation, the police have arrested four people, suspected of the criminal offenses of “negligent destruction of property” and “violation of occupational safety regulations.” Meanwhile, four other people have been criminally prosecuted and are under investigation.

Authorities say that investigations are continuing to fully elucidate the circumstances and causes of this fire, which left behind extensive material damage.
