A fatal road accident occurred this morning on "Janaq Kilica" street in Elbasan.
Traffic specialists arrested citizen RR, 26, in flagrante delicto, after the vehicle he was driving, while intoxicated, left the road and crashed into a side tree.
As a result of the accident, the passenger of the vehicle, citizen Nehat Uruçi, 21 years old, also a resident of Elbasan, lost his life. The driver of the vehicle is out of danger. Authorities are continuing investigations to fully clarify the causes of the incident.
