The scandal of the embezzlement of 69 million lek from pension funds and economic assistance for the citizens of Durrës and Shijak, has taken on new dimensions after the publication of videos from the Durrës Post Office offices. In the footage filmed by security cameras in the offices, the former head of finance at the Durrës Post Office, Valbona Duni, appears, who is now one of those arrested for the robbery of the money. From the footage, it seems that she is the one who moved the money placed in a black bag, unperturbed by the cameras in the environment where she worked.

The footage shows moments inside the office, where Duni appears with papers in his hands, talking to the former treasurer, Paola Danaj, and carelessly leaves the bag of money on top of two chairs, which then falls to the ground. Duni leaves Danaj's office for a few moments, leaving the bag of money on the ground and returns again to pick it up.

The three employees have given contradictory statements before the black squads. The treasurer has stated that the money was received from the former head of finance, Valbona Duni, while the latter claims that all the money was embezzled by the former director Elisabeta Mataj. The latter blames the two subordinates for the lack of funds.
