Former senior State Police official, Mit'Hat Havari, has confessed on the show "This Week" in News24 with moderator Nisida Tufa, details from the persecutions of the former State Security, stories from "File 41 71", now summarized in the book.
During the interview, he told what his friend was like who had revealed his name, and in the book he tells the story of his ordeal.
"It's the file itself, not just a book, a summary of all that. The activity of the internal branch of Elbasan because that's where I started the activity. Due to the circumstances of the time, I went through different situations through my friends, through a painter. I thought that at that time the file had been opened, for my painter friend. I knew that there were people who served them, collaborators of the State Security, with pseudonyms, this one had the pseudonym "Furra". He told the Security that Mit'hat Havari spoke as a soldier. I was a soldier with him in Delvina. I had the curiosity. I have everything in the book. When I received the file, it was opened on April 26, '82 and closed on February 21, '91. I considered Luan Sollaku a friend, we both spoke. But I was more advanced. He was a painter, he had moved from Kruja and had been brought to Elbasan, head of the Library, of the working class. When he was arrested, the head of the investigation of the Kruja and one of the most serious accusations, "I had told him that "Enver Hoxha killed Qemal Stafa", I categorically denied it. I would defend myself. But I refused this and started playing with time, I have also explained it in the book. Intentionally or not, my friend put my name on the record", he says.
During the studio interview, he said: "This file is also for the Universities, for the youth to know how to break into prisons.
