Eralbi Breçani, the son of the former deputy director of Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani, was extradited from Spain to our country today.

He was declared internationally wanted by the Special Court (GJKKO) at the request of SPAK, after the analysis of conversations in encrypted applications.

Eralbi Breçani is officially accused of the criminal offenses of “Drug Trafficking” committed in collaboration in the form of a “Structured Criminal Group”, as well as “Laundering of the proceeds of crime”. According to the investigative file of the Special Prosecution, he is suspected of being involved in the international trafficking of cocaine from Latin America to the main ports of Europe.
