The leader of the "Albania Becomes" Movement, Adriatik Lapaj, has stated that the government has not reflected on the issues that, according to him, have prompted the recent protests. Invited to the "Minuta e Parë" show on News24, with Ola Bruko, Lapaj listed some of the issues that, according to him, show a lack of reflection by the government.
"This government has not reflected. Every day 35 thousand euros are paid for an incinerator that does not work. A week ago, the winner of a tender for the services of the National Institute of Public Health (AKSHI) was announced Ermal Beqiraj, who is wanted for abuse of state tenders, who was arrested in France. A mother and her baby died in the ambulance coming from Pogradec on the way to Tirana. A mother was taken to Vlora, and she was seeking shelter.
This of the judges. These show that not only is there no reflection, but they are throwing ashes in our eyes. These people make the 'loyalty' look ridiculous. We don't need the loyalty, but services. What is the loyalty? When you arrest me to protect thieves. I have non-negotiable 5 demands of the protest: resignation of the government, transitional government, repeal of laws.
"The caretaker government will repeal these laws. That it will be a big public agreement. The government is gone, that parliament is there. That decisions will not be made in cafes or in public, but in Parliament," Lapaj asserted.
