Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, invited to "Minuta e perë" in News24 with Ola Bruko, has exclusively discovered a conversation between businessman Ron Yeffet and two other people, where they talk about a structure connected to the Albanian government and a restructuring process in the US. It is learned that between the three people in the wiretap, according to what Ahmetaj declares, the conversation takes place about the state-owned arms company, Kayo, which according to the former deputy prime minister traffics weapons.

In this conversation, Yeffet emphasizes the need to maintain discretion during this process, warning that there may be a lot of media attention and noise. He states that, despite media reports, the process must continue and be carried out carefully.

The businessman then addresses the people he is talking to, emphasizing the role that, according to him, the Albanian government would have and asking them to focus on "their problems."

According to Ahmetaj's claims, part of the scheme is related to what he calls the “KAYO model.” He claims that the state creates public companies as a “shield” and then transfers assets or performs services without tender through partnerships with private companies linked to Ron Yeffet.
