A 26-year-old man was injured with a cutting tool this Sunday evening in the former Park area in Tirana, after a conflict over weak motives.
The incident occurred at around 19:45, where the injured person, Fabian Pitani, was allegedly hit with a cutting tool. He was transported to the hospital and, according to police, is out of danger.
After receiving the notification, the services of Police Station No. 2 arrived at the scene and initiated investigative actions.
Following the investigation, the police have made it possible to identify and escort Eduard Pelushi (Selmani), 53 years old, suspected of being the perpetrator of the injury.

On 06.09.2026, at around 19:45, at the former Park, it is suspected that during a conflict for weak motives, citizen FP, 26 years old, was hit with a cutting tool, who is in hospital, out of danger to his life.
After receiving the notification, the services of Police Commissariat No. 2 arrived at the scene and, following the initial investigative actions, made it possible to identify and escort citizen EP (S.), 53 years old, suspected of being the perpetrator of the incident.
The investigation team continues procedural and investigative actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the conflict, document it, and determine legal responsibility.
