The Israeli Armed Forces have issued new orders for the evacuation of residents from several villages in southern Lebanon.

According to a statement issued by IDF spokesman Avichay Adraee, residents of the villages of Arnoun, Yahmar, Zoutar al-Sharqiya and Zoutar al-Gharbiya should immediately leave and head north to the city of Nabatieh for their safety.

“For your safety, you should immediately evacuate your homes and go north of Nabatieh,” Adraee said in a message to the local community.

The IDF spokesman stressed that the evacuation is necessary due to Hezbollah activities, which, according to him, "are forcing the Israel Defense Forces to take harsh action."
