A fire has engulfed a forest area in the "Lëndina e Madhe" area, above the village of Sinicë in Devoll.
After receiving the report of the fire, the Devoll Municipality fire service immediately began its intervention. 11 firefighters and 3 forest service employees are on the scene, working to isolate and extinguish the fire.
At the moment, the exact size of the area engulfed by the flames is not yet known, while the cause of the fire remains unclear.
Fire services are monitoring the situation and continuing operations on the ground to prevent the flames from spreading further.
