The fire situation in the country continues to be problematic, with 27 fires reported over the last 24 hours.

Three fires remain active, while the situation is most critical in the Dibër region, where fires have engulfed significant forest areas. In Vajkal in Bulqiza, the fire has spread over 18 hectares and the intervention of firefighting forces, the municipality and the Armed Forces continues.

Problems have also been noted in Lundre and Mallunxë e Matit, where strong winds have favored the spread and reactivation of the flames. The National Civil Protection Agency and other structures continue operations on the ground, with priority given to the protection of life, housing and the environment.
