The play-out matches of the "First Category" championship were held this Friday, which determined the teams that will compete in this category next season.
At the "Flamurtari" stadium in Vlora, the match between AF Luftëtari and Sopot ended in a 1-1 draw in regular time, while the Sopot team triumphed in the penalty shootout with a score of 4-2, ensuring promotion to the First Category for the next edition.
The match held at the Vora stadium between Kukës and Bylis B ended with the same scenario. Regular time ended 1-1, while Bylis B won 5-4 on penalties, also ensuring promotion to the First Category.
After the completion of the play-out phase, Sopot and Bylis B will be part of the First Category next season, while AF Luftëtari and Kukësi will be relegated to the Second Category.
