Marie-Louise Eta was recently appointed as the head coach of Union Berlin, becoming the first woman to be appointed to lead a men's team in one of Europe's top five leagues. Eta appeared in her first press conference on the eve of the match against Wolfsburg.

"I simply find it important and clear that there is visibility and it is something beautiful, if as a result of this, inspiration is generated for young girls to see that everything is possible, that nothing is excluded, that merit is what matters and that you can get anywhere you want."

Of course, I understand perfectly that for the public it is an important argument and that it has a great weight - added Marie Louise Eta - as for me, I am used to it and it has never been a problem.
