For the first time in almost a century, the waters of Radika were blessed in the Albanian language, an event with a deep significance, not only religious, but also cultural and human.

The liturgy sung by Father Nikolla Kojdheli, which was heard along the ridges of Upper Reka, was a call for lost paths and forgotten sons, a memory that did not ask permission from time, but that returned the stone, the waters, and the mountains to consciousness.

This blessing of the waters, which permeated not only the water but also the collective memory, was a symbolic moment that marked transformation and opening, bringing powerful messages of unity and perpetuating the values of the past. Water became a means of sanctification and connection for people, melting the boundaries of time and reinforcing the spiritual and cultural identity of the community.

This special moment is made possible by the initiative of the Ambassador of Albania to the RMV, Denion Meidani, and the Bishop of Antaninski, Mr. Partenij, who contributed to making this important event happen.

The blessing of the waters of Radika, in the spirit of this holy holiday, represents a clear and concrete demonstration of interfaith coexistence and tolerance, which had a profound impact on all those who participated and followed the event.
