Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has reacted on the eve of the decision of the Special Court in The Hague for the former leaders of the KLA.
Berisha says he expects an acquittal for Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, calling them "heroes of the liberation of Kosovo."
In his reaction, Berisha also emphasizes that every court decision must be respected and opposes any threat to Kosovo, its order and security.

Tomorrow is a special day!
Tomorrow in The Hague, the court, after a prolonged six-year process, announces the decision taken long ago for the former political leaders of Kosovo. All those who have followed this process with special interest have not heard or read a single piece of evidence that supports the charges for which they were arrested. Therefore, for every Albanian, for the former political leaders of Kosovo, there can be only one decision: their innocence and only their innocence. And we hope that they return innocent as they are, proud, heroes of the liberation of Kosovo.
But the threats made to Kosovo, its order, peace and security in the event of a different decision by the Hague Court, are absolutely unacceptable, absurd and condemnable. Kosovo cannot pay anything for an unjust judicial decision!
