Four young men have been arrested in Lezha after being accused of throwing narcotics from the car they were driving onto the road.

According to sources, the four young men, after being spotted by police officers, threw the cannabis on the street.

The Narcotics Investigation Specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens AN, 21 years old, E. Gj., 22 years old, PB, 19 years old and R. Ll., 20 years old, all residents of Lezha, after the Police Services, while driving a vehicle in the city of Shëngjin, had just discovered that they had thrown a quantity of suspected cannabis from the vehicle window, which was seized as material evidence.
