Today, in the studio of the show "With an Open Heart", author and moderator Evis Ahmeti discussed the story of a couple whose paths parted with divorce, but not the conflicts that continue to weigh on their lives.
When a marriage ends, it is often thought that the chapter of conflict is closed. But for many families, legal separation does not bring an end to the pain. On the contrary, it becomes the beginning of a new battle, where the children are left in the middle, who, against their will, become part of the parents' conflict.
In his statement, the ex-husband claims that after the divorce, his relationship with his ex-wife has continuously deteriorated. He states that he has not been given the opportunity to meet his child, while claiming that he has fulfilled the financial obligation for child support, but only partially, without having documents to prove this.
On the other hand, disagreements between ex-spouses have brought accusations, objections, and different interpretations of the truth, making communication between them even more difficult.

"From 2018-2021 everything was fine. At the end of 2020 she decided to take a job that I didn't want, because she would be working for a person who had just destroyed a family.
She didn't want to work in our business, I told her I'd give her 300 thousand if she raised the boy alone.

In that area, there was a problem for this part because they said your wife works for him, didn't you find out?
I don't accuse my ex-wife of cheating, but she didn't behave like before, she brought her mother to me to keep the son. My mother-in-law and my father couldn't live in the same house. When we first got together, I told her that I live with my parents and we have everything they have, I told her that her mother should stay at home and we would take food there.
Her father hadn't been to Albania in 8 years.
Then the conflict with my ex-mother-in-law started. She stayed in our house for three months while we lived in a studio apartment. I told my wife, either with me or with my mother.
The wife chose the mother and took the son with her. She filed the request, she filed a lawsuit saying that I had used violence.
The complaint was filed by the ex-mother-in-law, who turned the physical violence into psychological violence.
I asked him why he didn't bring me the child to meet him and I grabbed his hand. When we went to court I said let's look for the video of the bar.
A protection order was issued and this prevented me from approaching my child. The Court of Appeal in Durrës ruled that I should see the child every Saturday and return him on Sunday for a year, the duration of the protection order.
He didn't let me take the child, he said you can't take it.
"The ex-mother-in-law told the child that her father would kidnap her," he said.
