The General Inspectorate, under the leadership of the Inspector General, Mr. Dashnor Sula, held an activity in Vlora during these two days as part of the national training cycle "Strengthening the capacities of inspectors - legal framework and practical skills".
This training is organized in implementation of Law No. 99/2024 “On Inspection in the Republic of Albania”, which aims to modernize the inspection system and align it with European best practices. The law promotes the transition from a punitive approach to a balanced model, which includes control, advice and prevention.
During the activity, experts and leaders of inspection institutions presented the main legal developments, the functioning of the electronic system "e-Inspection", as well as policies for career development and increasing the professionalism of inspectors.
Particular importance was placed on developing interpersonal skills, such as effective communication, conflict management and teamwork, which are essential for improving relations with inspected entities and increasing public trust.
The training also included a practical workshop, where participants worked with concrete cases, strengthening skills for field implementation and inter-institutional cooperation.
This training cycle is expected to bring: • More unified and effective implementation of the inspection legal framework;

* Improving communication and reducing conflicts with subjects;
