President Bajram Begaj commemorates the Reçak massacre through a Facebook post.

Begaj says that this massacre cannot be forgotten and that the call for justice cannot be extinguished.

"Today we commemorate the Racak massacre and honor its martyrs. Its denunciation 27 years ago by Ambassador William Walker raised awareness among the international community about the genocide that was taking place in Kosovo. Awareness brought about the Rambouillet Conference, NATO intervention, freedom, the state of Kosovo, and the peace that we enjoy together today. This massacre cannot be forgotten! The call for justice cannot be extinguished! Honor to the martyrs! Gratitude to our strategic ally, the USA!", writes Begaj.
