A 52-year-old man was injured by gunfire this afternoon in neighborhood no. 1 of Durrës.
According to preliminary information from the Police, the incident occurred at around 17:30 p.m. Citizen FF, 61 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 1, Durrës, is suspected of having shot citizen E. Sh., 52 years old, resident of Durrës, in the hand for weak motives.
The injured person is out of danger. After the incident, the Police services immediately went to the scene, while checkpoints were set up and the area is being searched with the aim of capturing the suspected perpetrator.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing its work to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the incident.
