The head of "Albania Becomes", Adriatik Lapaj, in an interview on the show "Opposition" IN News24, spoke about political developments, focusing on protests and his stances on politics.
During the interview, Lapaj was asked about the protest after giving up after almost 108 days of resistance in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Lapaj said he believes in his beliefs and in the race.
"I had it in my hands before May 11 to put myself first on the list and today I would be an MP. I may have many mistakes, but as long as they are not my fault, but because you have a conviction, an ideal. My ideal is competition and I wanted to go to that hall with competition and for this I took the risk. And for this no one can make me compete, for the competition I am ready to make sacrifices. But today everyone is witness to this system that does not let you compete. If this was a sacrifice, I am proud. I did not do acrobatics to come to power, but to improve our political life. Mistakes are paid for, but all this is moral in the end", he said.
