The serious incident that occurred in the Skela area, which has shocked public opinion, continues. After the testimony of the 42-year-old, who confessed that she was suddenly confronted by a person dressed in black and with a hood, who initially insulted her and then grabbed her by the throat, exerting physical violence against her, today part of the show 'With an Open Heart' on News24, of moderator and author Evis Ahmeti, the accused party spoke. In a telephone call for the show, the wife of the person accused by the 42-year-old of having exercised violence, claimed that the incident had started on April 1.
"My husband did not rape her. I do not consider my husband a criminal. My husband has his hands in his pockets. How can someone rape her with his hands in his pockets? My husband came up to her. He did not come up behind her. She was at lunch with her parents and was leaving. When she saw my husband, he came up to her. When I left the police station, those two ladies, her mother and herself, tried to throw stones at me," she said.
The day before, the complainant said that the entire scene took place in broad daylight and in front of the child, while the aggressor followed her to her parents' apartment, where the violence continued again. In an attempt to seek help, she said that she was hit in the hand and then her phone was taken, which was broken to leave her without any means of communication. The 42-year-old also raised suspicions that the perpetrator is the husband of the building's administrator, with whom the residents have long had conflicts over unjustified payments. "The matter did not start on April 2. My husband did not stop the lady on the street by chance. The matter started on April 1. When I picked up my daughter from kindergarten, I went and got her an ice cream at the cash register and was paying. I bumped into the lady. I paid and then left. The lady came up behind me and then blocked my path. She made provocative scenes to make me angry. I calmly passed her. After I realized that she wanted to provoke me. In my silence, I continued on my way. She passed me again. Then I crossed the white lines. When she crossed the white lines, she insulted me with insulting words and cursed me. I told her; I can't stand it, I have had two women insult me since December. Spitting and insults of the most banal. She even insulted me in the elevator. The next day when I talk to my husband, he says; I'm coming home, Anxhela, make me some bread. He told me and I stopped. "I saw him on the street and I said; don't you dare stop my wife and daughter. Don't stop them anymore. I have an honorable husband. I know what kind of husband I have, because I have a rapist," she said.
Meanwhile, the sister-in-law of the man accused of violence told the show that none of the woman's allegations are true. She said that the 'victim' threatened and cursed them.
"We are not used to all situations. In the story told by the lady in question, who said that when my father had an accident, she came to his aid. My father may have had a conflict with her father. When someone came to me and told me that my child had a conflict, I would react. In December, my sister came and her father told her; the lady tells me you are a thief. Then my father ran away and confronted her father and they explained. They had a conflict and calmed down at the police station. There they talked and shook hands and calmed down. They reached a consensus. It is not true that my father raped her. He had a loud conflict with her, but not with his hand. The girl in question, the complainant, continued, after I was present myself, where I went to my sister's house 2-3 times. She cursed and threatened. She said; you will see, you will see "God, to the children. And I don't want anyone to say it's a show. My father was so civil when the lady came to the business. She told him; I left God above. My father said; excuse me for a minute! Lady: No, I don't forgive you! Lady, there's no need to lie. My father didn't rape anyone. I don't have a violent father," she said.
