Former DP MP, Myslym Murrizi, has reacted sharply to today's statements by Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding European integration during an interview on the show "Kjo Javë" on News24.

Referring to Rama's statement that "we will place the German flag in Shijak", Murrizi described this stance as "delirious" and criticized the way in which, according to him, relations with Germany are being handled.

According to him, the German authorities do not tolerate criminal activities that, according to his claims, are linked to fraud networks through call centers targeting European citizens. He also mentioned a case of a person identified as “Mikael Benjamini”, who, according to Murriz, was caught by the German authorities and gave evidence about these activities.

"Rama's statement today that he said we will place the German flag in Shijak was his delusion, he is a big delusional person and he laughs at the German brutality that he does not tolerate, that he confessed in Frankfurt and said that I worked in a call center with Edi Rama's brother. There is a Ukrainian with an Israeli passport named Mikael Benjamini, they caught him and he showed up and got the status," Murrizi said.

Murrizi also stated that German investigators were present in Elbasan who, according to him, were monitoring issues related to the Xibraka area, while adding that the phenomenon of fraudulent call centers was widespread and generated large financial benefits.

He charged that crime has penetrated the highest levels of state institutions, claiming that security structures are influenced by criminal groups.

The former MP further stated that Rama is facing difficulties in international relations, also mentioning relations with other countries such as Germany, Italy and Turkey, where, according to him, the prime minister "is no longer expected."
