Details emerge from the operation to arrest 37-year-old Ksainel Caka, who is accused of supplying cocaine to other drug dealers. Journalist Xhensila Kodra reports for BalkanWeb that the young man who was arrested by Anti-Drugs has been kept under surveillance for several weeks by police agents.
According to sources, it is learned that the 37-year-old sold narcotics mainly in the Don Bosko and Lapraka areas.
At the time of his arrest, 200 grams of cocaine, worth 700 thousand new leks, were found on him. The narcotic substance was to be sold to other people who would sell it again in small doses. Ksainel Caka, who was stopped near the entrance to the embassy block on Durrës Street, has no previous criminal record.
