A hearing was held today for the Veliaj case group, for the 11 defendants who requested a summary trial.

SPAK has given the claim;

Fatmir Bektashi has been sentenced to 1 year in prison/8 months in prison, public interest work suspension

"Kontakt shpk" – 583 thousand lek fine

Ina Goxhaj – 7 years in prison / 4 years 8 months, suspended – 5 years probation

Elman Abule – 7 years / 4 years 8 months

Frosina Bollo – 1 year /8 months

Frobolus ojf – fine 500 thousand lek/ 333 thousand lek

Adela Kondakçi 7 years in prison/ 4 years 8 months, exemption from the defendant's sentence

Klotilda Bushka – 600 thousand lek fine/ 400 thousand

Butterfly Xhani – 60 thousand lek/ 40 thousand lek

Fatjon Baçi – 5 years in prison/ 3 years 4 months, suspended probation

While for the NGO "Frobolus" - 500 thousand lek fine, 1/3 reduction

Adela Kondakçiu – 7 years in prison, reduced to 4.8 months in prison.

Klotilda Bushka – fined 600 thousand lek, reduced by 400 thousand lek

Flutur Xhani – 60 thousand lek, reduced by 40 thousand lek

Fatjon Baçi 5 years in prison, reduced to 3.4 years
