Helena Kadare returns to the fair as a writer.

Under the title "Free Woman" she has published a book of stories where Paris and Pogradec, Tirana and Kinostudio are revealed through the eyes of her characters.

Women and men, unknown people, but also characters like Lasgush Poradeci come before the reader through the lens of a writer. In an interview for News24, Helena Kadare narrates the free woman within her, in her literature and also the times alongside Kadare.

In an interview given during the Book Fair, she recounts the year without Kadare.

"I'm telling you something very intimate. I only entered his room 10 days ago, and only now have I accepted that he is no longer there. Before, I said he left, he will come, he is working in his studio. Now that I have accepted it, now the loneliness has begun," she said, among other things.
