The operative arrested Cakrajn in the Astir area of Tirana, suspected of a drug-related criminal offense.
Cakraj is the son of Petrit Cakraj, who is accused of kidnapping and murdering Renis Dobre, along with the Bushgjoka brothers.
Siciljan Cakraj is expected to appear before the Tirana Court tomorrow, where a hearing will be held to determine the security measure against him.
