An important turning point has occurred in the Albanian political scene in Montenegro. This Saturday, in the hall of the Municipal Council of Tuzi, the merger and unification of three political entities into a single structure under the name "Albanian Forum" was officially announced. This step is considered a new chapter and a long-term guarantee for the unity of the Albanian factor.

The presentation of this major project was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Montenegro, Nik Gjeloshaj, along with his political allies. According to the leaders of the movement, this union was a “debt to future generations”, moving from the successful formula of the previous coalitions to a single and unique force.

Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj emphasized that the success shown so far in governance will increase even more through this unification, as the Albanian Forum now remains the main and only address representing Albanians in all municipalities where they reside.

"Our political responsibility and the will of the leaders was to create a strong Albanian political entity for the future. We started in Tuz and are conveying a message to all Albanians: no process can be done alone. Without unity, without unification and without a common strategy, it is much more difficult to achieve the objectives," declared Gjeloshaj.

Asked whether this model of unification should also be followed in Albania, Gjeloshaj expressed his full support, underlining that unity is the key to increasing the representative strength of Albanians in the region, especially within the framework of the common challenges and processes of European integration.
