The Director General of the State Police, Skënder Hita, has dismissed Ulian Shpataraku from the police force, considered one of the most loyal people to his predecessor, Ilir Proda.

It is learned that his dismissal from duty was motivated by his failure to report to duty regularly.

Again, in March of this year, Sokol Bizhga, in the position of interim Director of the State Police, suspended him from duty with the same motivation. Ulian Shpatarakun was an Assistant in the Department of Information Technology at the State Police.

In March, the decision to suspend him from duty was taken for blatant non-implementation of legal provisions in the fulfillment of functional duties.

It is learned that Shpataraku was pursuing his master's degree at the Security Academy, but it is suspected that, under the pretext of continuing his studies, he did not show up for work regularly.

Shpataraku, like any officer dismissed from the State Police, has the right to appeal, the commission which within 1 month officially confirms or not the dismissal from the ranks of the blue uniforms.
