It's now official: "Manuel Neuer will be Bayern Munich's goalkeeper for the 2026/27 season." At the age of 40, the Bayern captain has renewed his contract for another year, confirming his status as a living legend in Munich.

In the presentation video, Neuer did not hide his emotions about this new signing, which will most likely be his last:

"I feel good here, there are all the conditions to win. Going to the training center every day still gives me emotions, I'm enthusiastic", said Neuer.

After renewing his contract with Bayern, Neuer is now expected to return to the national team, where he will most likely be the starting goalkeeper who will lead Germany in the "FIFA2026" World Cup.
