The mayor said: "I have a conflict of interest with Ols Dado, because he requested a building permit by calling the prosecutor's office. Dado often came to the Municipality to request permits not only for himself. Putting people in positions when they do not meet the criteria has had serious consequences, not only for me, but for the Municipality of Tirana. Today, I no longer sign any documents at the Municipality of Tirana that have to do with this man. Today, the garbage is everywhere, because I also came here and saw it.
