The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has explained what really happened in Strasbourg, where he was interrupted during his speech. He said that the time for all members is 2 minutes, while he knew this. He explained in a communication with citizens on social networks, that when his microphone was interrupted, he spoke to the cameras and asked for a technical government.

He said he did not need an invitation to be in the Assembly, as he is a member of it.

"The speech in Strasbourg, for the discussants, is 2 minutes and it is automatically interrupted. I knew this, I was aware of it. I continued. Of course, I had reserved the most spicy part for Rama from the first minute. At the last minute, I knew that it would be interrupted, but I continued because the camera works. I asked for the technical government. These lackeys are the black leeches who have taken millions from the tears of the streets. Here are those of the government portals, they treat me like depersonalized parrots. They spit in their faces once without any dignity. And the other news is that I was not invited! I am a member of the Council of Europe and they are not invited," said Berisha.
