A serious incident occurred this morning in the village of Mengël, Elbasan, where renowned producer Petri Bozo hit and killed a 7-year-old boy.
One of the witnesses to the event stated: News24, that the author claimed to have been moving at only 10 kilometers per hour.
"He said he was going 10 km/h. He said; I'm going on a national road, I have my right, I was going 10 km/h," the resident of the area explained, adding that the road has become very dangerous in this neighborhood and that accidents have occurred before.
