A bitter reality comes to the protest, which is now in its 19th day. One protester said that his village had no water.
"I am protesting for my children, for my rights. We have no water, not a drop of water in the village of Lufaj. Even the one school that existed was closed. They took away our water, SEKA HYDROPOWER diverted it. They took it, diverted the canyon. We don't have a drop of water!", he said.
