Unlike Harry Kane, Lamine Yamal is totally convinced when asked about the favorite for the "Ballon d'Or". In an interview with the Spanish media, Yamal stressed that he sees himself not only as the favorite, but also as the winner of this prestigious trophy: "I am sure that at the moment there are two of the best players in the world. This year I deserve to win the Ballon d'Or for those I have won", said Lamine Yamal.
Although he did not mention it, according to Spanish media, Yamal was referring to Kylian Mbappe when he said that the two are the best players in the world at the moment.
