A gynecologist, in her speech before the Prime Minister's Office, stated that she studied abroad, but chose to practice her profession in Albania.

She said that Albania should be made by "Brain Gain" by professionals.

The doctor stated that her dream is to make Albania their own.

"I am a doctor, I studied in Warsaw, but I practice here."

We can no longer continue with the lack of transparency towards citizens. We have doctors, economists, urban planners and other excellent professionals who are also patriots, because patriotism is not measured by words but by integrity in its field.

I need a brain gain.

"I have a dream that we can build Albania ourselves."
