Former senior director of the state police, Mithat Havari, invited to "Oponencje", stated that the police today is in the worst possible condition, where many of the police leaders are uneducated, cannot read, are weak and have no desire to work.
Havari said that he once advised a police director who was involved in drug trafficking, but he did not listen and as soon as the left came to power, he appointed him to Vlora.
"Today he is in prison and I tell you that the appointments of police leaders are political. Today they are uneducated, uncultured, unknowledgeable and very weak. This is where the work is lacking," said the senior police official.
