Former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has made another strong denunciation in his interview for "Çim Peka Live", where he claimed that he was threatened by a person who, according to him, is connected to Prime Minister Edi Rama. Ahmetaj said that he was initially contacted by a former colleague, who had asked him to be careful, while later, according to him, one of the coordinators connected to Rama had made direct threats against him.
"A former colleague took me and told me: 'Be careful'. You have a habit of saying the words: 'We don't shave'. My family hurts me," said Ahmetaj.
He claimed that he had also informed a leader about the threat, citing the phrase that, according to him, was used against him: “I will kill him with my own hand.” Ahmetaj said that he will not back down in the face of these pressures and that he will return to Albania to face justice.
"Don't make me look brave, because I am the last brave in Albania, but for myself I will turn into steel," he declared on "Çim Peka Live." Finally, the former deputy prime minister also addressed the Albanian citizens, closing the statement with the call: "Yes Albanians!"
