Details of the incident in Shkodra are being revealed. The police inform that at around 11:30, in the interior of the polyclinic, in the "Vasil Shanto" neighborhood, it is suspected that, during a conflict for weak motives, citizen AF, 18 years old, injured citizen VK, 32 years old, with a cutting tool (knife), who was transported to the hospital and is under the care of doctors.
Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police services headed to the scene. Along the way, they received information that the injured man's brother, citizen AK, 41 years old, after learning about the incident, had taken a pistol firearm, with a cartridge in the chamber, and set off on foot to kill the suspected perpetrator of his brother's injury.
The Police Services intervened immediately, taking the necessary security measures, and made it possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto the citizen AK, 41 years old, who during the intervention attempted to flee and threw away the firearm he was carrying.
Police services continue their work to locate and capture the suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen AF.
The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its actions to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the incident.
