From the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office, an Albanian immigrant from Germany stated that the diaspora continues to support the protests in Tirana, while according to him, rallies in support of the protesters are taking place every week in different countries around the world.
He described Edi Rama's government as a "dictatorship" and said that Albanians in the diaspora are not alone on the days when protests take place in Tirana.
"The diaspora is not just with you these three days, once a month, but every day. Protests take place in the diaspora every week without a break. So far, 300 protests have been counted and continue to grow," he declared.
The immigrant said that the protests have spread from America and Europe to Australia, emphasizing that citizens in Albania are not alone in their demands.
"The sun never sets on our protests. Albanians protest from America, Europe and even Australia. So don't think you are alone, but there are 7 million Albanians around the world who demand the resignation of the current government and opposition," he said.
He also claimed that the protest has received support from the European Parliament and that, according to him, the movement has highlighted what he described as the "true face" of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"This protest has managed to get us the support of the EP, to bring out the true spirit of this prime minister's party that is acting like a palazzo in the international media," he said.
In conclusion, he stated that those in power, according to him, will be removed "stone by stone", comparing power to a fortress that, according to him, will collapse.
