This Tuesday's show, "Në Shënjestër", published facts and evidence from the investigative file of the hacking of the SPAK computer system, where, among other things, it is stated that 3 senior leaders of the judicial system in the country, a member of the Supreme Court, a former Serious Crimes prosecutor and a prosecutor from the Tirana Prosecution Office were aware of the materials that were taken from the computers of several prosecutors.
Lawyer Redi Ramaj said during the show that the 3 people in the know should have declared that the materials were sent to them.
Journalist Xhevair Zhabina said that the orders issued by the 3 SPAK prosecutors, with the intervention of the accused persons, were simple.
This was also witnessed by Arnold Rrokaj, who, when questioned by SPAK, confessed how he came into contact with the emails of SPAK prosecutors.
He said he had no difficulty moving to the next stage of hacking them.
Materials which, once downloaded, he says he saved on his mobile device.
By distributing it to third parties.
"After I entered the spak.gov.al website, an email page appeared, asking for my login credentials.
Specifically, I tried some credentials, with the names of SPAK prosecutors.
Among them, the one I managed to open was the user ek, with password Spak@2019.
According to the file data, the discovery came from communications between Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjoni, already accused by SPAK for this communication issue that began in February 2025.
The conversations were discovered after Zambak Gjoni's phone was hacked, where in one of these conversations, which is presumed to be the first between them in the attempt to hack SPAK, Arnold Rrokaj, after sending a link to the SPAK website, informs Zambak Gjoni about the operation he is undertaking.
Something that is accompanied by no small amount of excitement and prayer that this will become possible.

Arnold Rrokaj sends Zambak Gjoni a photo, seemingly of a website, from which SPAK systems can be accessed.
After it opened, out of curiosity I tried two other users, who also opened, but with the password Spak@2019.
Driven by curiosity, I started by looking at the materials that had been sent and received in these users' emails.
"Which I then saved on my mobile phone, some of which I even deleted," his testimony states.
Meanwhile, another person who received the hacked materials from Zambak Gjoni, and who in the investigative file is identified by the initials M. B, says that "I am employed by the AKSHI and I have known Zambak Gjoni since the time when the latter was employed in the prison administration.
And specifically, Zambak Gjoni sent me some materials containing SPAK content, which had to do with Erion Veliaj, Damian Gjiknuri, as well as some material that had to do with the owner of a private hospital, as well as other material that had photographs of some gold molds.
Information on Damian Gjiknuri, which I sent to my colleague, B. H, and the material related to Erion Veliaj, I sent to citizen Agim Ismaili.
But from what his colleague is saying, he sent these materials to a prosecutor at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, who, surprisingly, testified that he did not open these materials, not giving them any importance.
It even turns out that he has deleted communications with his former colleague BH.
But Arnold Rrokaj denied having distributed these materials to anyone other than Zambak Gjoni.
"I have checked the status of all three users from time to time, and when I found other data, I opened it, read it, and then deleted it," his testimony states.
The last time I performed this action was a day or two ago, when I accessed the email address b****.d****, in which I only read some materials, of a daily routine nature, such as reports, information, etc.'
During the interrogation, Arnold Rrokaj also explained his acquaintance with Zambak Gjoni and Agim Ismaili.
I have been a specialist in territorial protection at IKMT, Vlora Regional Directorate. A task that I have performed for nearly 18 months. Before this position, I was employed at IMT, Vlora Municipality, in the position of chief inspector, a task that I have performed for about 5 years, i.e. since 2019.
When the mayor of Vlora, Dritan Leli, left, I continued in office for a while. But when the new mayor came, I found out that he would remove me from my position.
For this reason, I contacted my acquaintance, Zambak Gjoni, who is a friend of mine and worked at IKMT, and told him that I was about to be dismissed from my position.
This is where, according to Arnold Rrokaj, his closest acquaintance with Agim Ismail begins.
Whom he says that until this moment he knew from a distance, because he was an old acquaintance of his father's.
Agim Ismaili, who according to Rrokaj, thanks to the mediation of Zambak Gjoni, subsequently helped him to be employed as a territory control specialist in the Regional Directorate of IKMT in Vlora.
