Part Two
But communications on Sky Eç have revealed exactly what is the fiercest confrontation between two of the most dangerous clans that have ruled the city for more than two decades: Çela and Çapja.
Ardian Çapja, on the one hand, is said to have ruled the city for more than two decades, but an incident that occurred at the Agro-Food Market actually proved that another name in the underworld was quickly rising to the top, to take his place. This name would be Suel Çela.
The character who no longer even asked about the state. A dominant figure of organized crime who was openly challenging the criminal groups in this city and especially the opposing clan led by Ardian Çapja. A lighthouse west, with numerous victims, where the barrels of guns were now shooting indiscriminately at everyone,
Where the mandate had already come to the 'uncle' himself
As Suel Çela actually called him in conversations with his people, Ardian Çapjan. The man he had sworn to destroy with his tribe and seed. Anger that had reached even the ears of the 'uncle' himself, who had long since decided not to leave his fortress in Elbasan. A fortress surrounded by tall greenery, where it was difficult to penetrate the view. From where you could only feel his breath, in those few moments when he went out into the open to get some air. But his every breath was monitored at every corner by a high-resolution camera.
This is because Ardian Çapja was not an easy target to eliminate. The target that, although observed by cameras specially installed for him everywhere in the city, as well as from a distance by numerous soldiers of his rival, was almost impossible to approach. At least until the morning of June 8, 2020, when he was shot from Kodra e Krastës more than 400 meters away, while he was in the courtyard of his apartment. A habit, that of airing, which he often performed in the mornings.
But that day, if it weren't for his luck, could have been fatal for his life, if the single bullet that knocked him to the ground hadn't hit him in the shoulder, but in a vital organ. An assassination that took four years to unravel. And this not thanks to the in-depth investigations of the police and the prosecution, but also to the cracking of the code of a safe called Sky Ec, where everyone has already crossed their fingers, and is watching day by day how assassinations and murders were organized in Albania by criminal gangs.
As well as the discovery of the behind-the-scenes of this assassination, where the name of the organizer and collaborators in this crime came from. As well as the mysterious shooter, the sniper who shot and disappeared without a trace. But why did Suel Çela want to kill Ardian Çapjan, or 'uncle' as he otherwise called him? In fact, the idea of eliminating his enemy was not a new project for Suel Çela. But an old thought in time and in his head, which had always tormented him. So much so that for Suel Çela, the murder of his rival had become an obsession.
But when he thought he had lost the fight with his 'uncle', a sophisticated sniper assassination that occurred on January 7, 2020, in the center of the city of Rrëshen, where businessman Kastriot Reçi was shot from a long distance with a single bullet in the heart, it seems that Suel Çela found the solution to get rid of his opponent.
Suel Çela saw in this perfectly executed sniper assassination a golden opportunity to try once again to eliminate Ardian Çapjan, precisely where the latter did not think he could be shot, let alone killed.
The leader of the criminal gang who appears so bloodthirsty in conversations with his gang, on the Sky Eç app, that to get rid of his eternal rival he is ready to spare no bloodiest unthinkable forms. Or 'kamikaze', as he expresses himself with all his hatred. But who is the sniper that Suel Çela and his men called on duty to kill Ardian Çapjan and why did he fail to kill his enemy that June of 2020, leaving him only seriously wounded in the shoulder. How was the plan for the assassination staged and who participated in organizing the assassination?
According to conversations already revealed on the Sky Eç app, the entire final plan for the elimination of Ardian Çapja, dictated by Suel Çela who also holds the generalship, Marjus Lulaj, began to be woven in early January 2020. The time when he calls for help the sniper Prekë Kodra from Shkodra.
The deal between the two that is already starting to materialize in February of this year. Touching Kodra, who during the conversations it turns out that he was also able to secure a sniper weapon in Kosovo. A weapon that is thought to have been purchased for a sum of 50 thousand euros. An amount of money that in a way also shows the quality of the weapon, where the killer has expressed his willingness to carry out 90 percent of the work himself.
Conversations that seem to excite even Suel Çela himself. In his communications with various gang members, he says that the shooter is so accurate that he can carry out the murder in just 2 seconds.
And the chosen place from which to shoot would be a clearing covered in bushes.
Suel Cela
'There's a chance we'll win the Gold this month.
I've just finished it, okay, I have to give it.
You don't believe me when I say it's 'Marines'.
Two seconds, he tells me, you're on the ground.
He told me to give him 75, I gave it to him because I had taken a deposit.
I didn't give a damn that he was telling me in vain.
He had bought a sniper rifle in Kosovo.
We bought it for 50 thousand.
He has prepared the thorns.
Because the whore is no longer coming out the door, but out the side.
But while the plan is progressing well on the ground, it seems that the Covid-19 pandemic is disrupting a lot of the work of Suel Çela and his team.
Because along with the rest of the population, their target has also entered quarantine.
And this seems to be making it very difficult for them to accurately implement the script.
This is because Ardian Çapja rarely leaves his apartment.
That even without this unpredictable element, it is fortified enough to penetrate.
Suel Çela also confirms this to a collaborator identified as Metin Mehja.
This time, he refers to Ardian Çapjas as 'the Devil'.
Suel Cela
'The devil has entered quarantine.
Sit back, half the work is done.
"God willing, support us, and if not, we will do it."
Plans to eliminate Ardian Çapja continue with the same intensity throughout March 2020.
The only concern consistently expressed by the gang is that the target is not leaving the apartment due, according to them, to fear of a Covid-19 infection.
Even to calm his associates and assure them that everything is going according to plan. Suel Çela sends one of his interlocutors a photo of Ardian Çopja, in the courtyard of the apartment. That despite the dense greenery, the rival group, also due to high-resolution equipment, was able to distinguish him from afar and photograph him.
'Oh Dede, I have it in the pan, have some patience.
The day before yesterday he went out to get some air.
He also met 'Korçari' and gave him instructions.
Investigators suspect that Ardian Çapja was kept under surveillance by Suel Çela's group using static cameras placed near his apartment.
This fact is confirmed by another photo that Suel Çela sent to one of the group members, where Ardian Çapja is seen stepping out for just a few minutes to get some air on the doorstep of his apartment.
