This Tuesday, former SP MP Alqi Bllako appeared before the Criminal Court.

As can be seen from the footage, Bllako appeared before the Special Court, accompanied by his lawyer.

On March 11, Bllako was sentenced to 4 years in prison by the GJKKO for passive corruption of high-ranking officials in two cases and due to the summary trial, he would serve 2 years and 8 months in prison for the incinerator case.

According to SPAK, Bllako indirectly benefited from the amount of around 120 thousand euros from Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, the de facto owners of the concession company, for the purchase of equipment for his father's commercial activity, a brewery in Ersekë.
