Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stressed that an end to the war in Lebanon is "a requirement and an integral part" of the peace agreement.

He also stated that without the withdrawal of Israeli forces, the end of the war is not complete.

"The end of the war also includes the end of the occupation and without the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the lands they occupied in this war," said Abbas Araghchi,

Araghchi further emphasized that the war officially ended yesterday morning and that any Israeli attack is a violation of the understanding.

The second round of US-Iran talks to reach a final agreement will begin in Switzerland on Friday, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding, he added.
