Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that the recent actions of the United States are raising serious doubts about Washington's real intentions in peace negotiations.
During a phone conversation with Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, Araghchi criticized the US military presence and movements in the Persian Gulf, describing them as provocative and destabilizing.
"The recent provocations by US forces in the Persian Gulf and their numerous actions aimed at violating the ceasefire have raised doubts about the intentions and seriousness of the US side in the diplomatic process," he said, according to an official statement quoted by the Iranian news agency ISNA.
The statements come at a time of high tensions in the region, as diplomatic efforts to preserve the ceasefire and avoid a new military escalation continue.
