A scientific symposium is being held at "Luarasi" University on the topic: "Justice between tradition and modernity: from the Kanun to AI", bringing together academics and experts in the field of justice to discuss the new challenges brought by technological development.

The Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, Dorina Hoxha, also participated in the activity, who praised the cooperation between the institutions and the selection of the topic as very current and challenging.

"As the dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, it is a pleasure to collaborate with 'Luarasi' University. I congratulate the dean and the rector on the current topic you have chosen. I became 'jealous'. You have chosen a challenging topic," she said.

Hoxha emphasized that the justice system has come a long way from traditional norms such as the Kanun, to modern developments influenced by technology and artificial intelligence.
According to her, the lawyer of the future must be prepared not only for the traditional challenges of law, but also for the new reality created by modern technologies, including artificial intelligence.

The lawyer of the future must also face challenges. I hope that this activity will stimulate new developments.", she said.
