Prime Minister Edi Rama remembered "January 21" today.
In a post on social media, Rama writes that even 15 years after what he calls a state crime, the four victims cannot find peace because justice has not been served.
"GOOD MORNING and today, on the 15th anniversary of an unprecedented state crime in the history of the new Albanian democracy, when four murdered people still cannot rest in peace and justice resembles a turtle praying for oblivion, with the conviction that no matter how late justice is, it will not forget on January 21, I wish you all a good day," Rama writes.
