Justin Timberlake's arrest video has been released, capturing the moment the famous artist undergoes a breathalyzer test by police officers in New York City in 2024.

The incident occurred in June 2024 in the Hamptons, when police officers stopped Timberlake after authorities said he ran a STOP sign and drifted out of his lane.

The singer was reportedly driving a BMW and appeared to have consumed alcohol. However, he told police he had "only had one martini."

In the footage, Timberlake appears to have difficulty performing tests, such as walking in a straight line and standing on one leg.

At one point he is heard saying: "These tests are really hard," while looking quite stressed.

When police ask him what he is doing in the area, he replies: "I'm on a world tour, I'm Justin Timberlake."

While being transported to the patrol car, he asks: "Why are you arresting me?", while at the police station he seems surprised when they inform him that he will remain detained for the night.

Initially, the artist's lawyers had taken legal action to prevent the video from being released, citing a breach of personal data and potential impact on his reputation. However, they eventually accepted that the material could be released as it did not violate relevant legislation.

Recall that Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty in September 2024 to the lesser charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

As part of his plea agreement with authorities, he was fined $500, ordered to perform 25 hours of community service and had his driver's license revoked for 90 days.
